Mil's Kitchen Jogja

"Mil’s Kitchen has always been one of my favorite dining place—especially since it’s where I first met my boyfriend HEHE. I love the cozy ambience, the variety of delicious food, and of course, their desserts (never skipping those!). The staff is always friendly and helpful, making every visit enjoyable. However, I do have one piece of advice. On Valentine’s Day dinner (Feb 14, 2025), the electricity went out, and unfortunately, there was no backup generator. For a great dining place like this, having a genset as a backup would ensure a comfortable experience for customers, especially those with reservations. Also, I once received a dish that was *gosong* (burnt), but I appreciate that the staff replaced it after my request. Overall, I really love this place, and I hope they consider this feedback for an even better dining experience!"

"All the dishes were delicious too. The fried duck was exceptional. Fragrant and crispy. Corn starter as well. Brioche was served with belachan. Interesting fusion mix. Environment is good as well except that it can get very noisy inside. There is a nice outdoor area too. Service was good and attentive."

"Whenever I come to Yogyakarta, I always opt to eat here. I've tasted many of their dishes and not one single dish fail to satisfy my palate. My most favorite so far is their Wahyu Cheek Bone Marrow. This restaurant definitely deserves a Michelin star. However, I think the service could be better and the place needs minor renovations."

"This restaurant was recommended to us by a waiter at August in Jakarta and it didn't disappoint. The food and service was excellent, we were only in jogja for two days and we visited 3 times! Loved the food it was amazing thank you!"
